Yes, a free account. It takes a minute and keeps your bookings, tracking and loyalty points in one place. Anyone can track a parcel with its PGH code, no account needed.
Every booking gets a unique PGH code (e.g. PGH-XXXXXX). Enter it on the Track page to see every status update in real time.
MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, card, or cash.
You choose the pickup day and time. Morning pickup (6:30–8:30 am): usually delivered the same evening. Later pickup (10 am – 3 pm): delivered the next morning. For a pickup today, book by 6 am (morning) or 9:30 am (later).
Clothes, dry or sealed food, documents, electronics, jewellery, household items and more. Not allowed: cash, live animals, fresh meat or fish, and anything dangerous or illegal. Full list at parcelgh.com/parcel-rules, or ask us on WhatsApp.
Yes: up to 20 kg and 60 × 40 × 40 cm per parcel. Bigger or heavier? Message us on WhatsApp before booking.
File a complaint directly from your tracking page and our team reviews it within 24 hours. ParcelGH refunds the service fee and handles the claim with the transport company, based on the declared value you gave at booking.
Our rider picks the parcel up from your door, takes it to the bus, and a rider in the other city delivers it to the receiver's door. The receiver gets a one-time code (OTP) by SMS and gives it to the rider. No parcel is handed over without that code.
