Got questions?

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before your first booking.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You can book and track a parcel without creating an account. An account lets you view your booking history, earn loyalty points, and get faster checkouts.

How do I track my parcel?

Every booking gets a unique PGH code (e.g. PGH-XXXXXX). Enter it on the Track page or use the quick-track form at the top of this page. You'll see every status update in real time.

What payment methods are accepted?

MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and cash payment at the terminal. Card payment is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on your route and carrier. Bus routes between major cities like Accra and Kumasi typically take 4–6 hours. Air cargo is usually same-day. Exact estimates are shown at booking.

What can I send?

Clothes, food, documents, electronics, household items, and more. Dangerous goods, illegal items, and anything banned under Ghanaian law cannot be shipped. When in doubt, contact us on WhatsApp.

Is there a weight limit?

Weight limits vary by carrier and route. The maximum is shown when you choose your carrier at checkout. Air cargo routes have stricter limits than bus routes.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

File a complaint directly from your tracking page. Our team reviews all disputes within 24 hours. Parcels with declared insurance value are prioritised.

How does pickup and delivery work?

You can drop off your parcel at the carrier's terminal, or book a pickup from your door. For delivery, the receiver gets a one-time OTP by SMS to confirm collection — no parcel is handed over without verification.
