Our story
Every day, thousands of parcels travel between Ghana's cities on buses and planes — with no tracking, no receipts, and no accountability. We built ParcelGH to change that.
The problem was everywhere, but nobody was solving it. A market trader in Kumasi sends fabric to a customer in Accra via VIP bus. The customer calls the terminal. Nobody picks up. The parcel arrives two days late — or doesn't arrive at all. There is no tracking code. There is no receipt. There is nothing.
Ghana's bus companies transport hundreds of thousands of parcels every month. It is a massive, real economy. But it runs entirely on paper, phone calls, and trust. ParcelGH was built to give it a digital backbone.
We started by mapping the problem: which carriers move the most parcels, which routes matter most, and what do senders actually need? The answer was simple — a booking confirmation, a tracking code, and a notification when their parcel arrives. Nothing complicated. Just accountability.
ParcelGH connects senders, receivers, and transport companies on one platform. You choose your route — bus or air — enter your parcel details, pay via Mobile Money, and get a unique tracking code instantly. From that moment, every status update is recorded and shared.
For carriers, we handle the digital side entirely. No software to install, no upfront cost. They receive bookings, print labels, and scan parcels at collection. We take care of the rest.
We started with the Accra–Kumasi corridor — the busiest route in Ghana — and we're expanding fast. Every region, every major route, every carrier that moves parcels for people.
No hidden fees
Every price is shown before you book. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprises at the terminal.
Built for Mobile Money
Most Ghanaians don't carry cash or use bank cards for this kind of transaction. MTN MoMo and Telecel Cash are first-class citizens on our platform.
Carriers are partners
We keep 5%. Carriers keep 95%. We're here to grow their business, not extract from it.
Made in Ghana
We're not a foreign company applying a template to West Africa. ParcelGH was designed from scratch for how Ghana actually works.
